Value not Savings.jpg

12 Decemeber 2017 | Live Webinar with Q&A

Delivering Value (Not Just 'Savings')

Most procurement leaders now understand that the procurement proposition has to be about organisational value, which is far more than simply 'savings'. In this webinar, we will look at how procurement can best explain this to their senior stakeholders and demonstrate how procurement actions contribute to the wider organisational success and competitive advantage. That will include some new thinking on how to consider different spend categories in terms of goals and measures.

Key Topics of the Webinar:

  • What exactly do we mean by 'procurement value'?
  • How does the value we deliver relate to the wider organisational goals – and how can Procurement communicate that to stakeholders?
  • Why every spend category should be considered separately, and what matters for each in terms of value.

THIS WEBINAR WILL BE REPEATED TWICE ON 12 DECEMBER 2017. REGISTER FOR YOUR PREFERRED TIME BELOW:
